Journey begins!
Having served as an innovation consultancy firm for numerous EU projects, Technovative Solutions Limited (TVS) was officially formed as a Private Limited Company on January 4th.
Entered the EU-funded projects realm
With the Smartrec Project, TVS entered the EU-funded projects realm, where we developed a Knowledge-Based Multi-Criteria Decision-Support tool for selecting the optimal heat recovery system in aluminium and ceramic recycling plants.
First EU-funded Geothermal Project: GeoCoat
Won the first EU-funded Geothermal Project where TVS developed a Knowledge Based Multi-Criterion Decision Support System to create different coating materials and select coating processing technologies for geothermal applications.
Spin-off 1: Indetechs Software Limited (SDaaS)
A software development company was formed to architect future-ready software development strategies for in-house requirements and to provide software development as a service (SDaaS) to external audiences.
Reigning the Geothermal domain
TVS won back-to-back 5 EU-funded projects in the Geothermal domain: GeoSmart, GeoDrill, GeoHex, GeoPro, and OptiDrill.
Developed a welding recommendation tool: WeldGalaxy
WeldGalaxy was our first EU-funded project in the welding industry. For this project, TVS developed a welding recommendation tool with cost analysis and LCA models.
Entered the Digital Healthcare sector
PharmaLedger was the first project in TVS’s Digital Healthcare domain. TVS led Distributed Data Integration, processing, and sharing; IoT, personalised medicine, and supply chain integrity while promoting blockchain adoption and managing project dissemination.
Materials & Manufacturing
The same year, TVS won two more EU-funded projects, FORGE and Vojext, progressing with its Materials & Manufacturing domain.
Innovate-UK Grant project
TVS won its first Innovate-UK Grant project this year with IMPHORAA. This was also TVS's first project in the solar energy domain.
An eventful year: JIDEP, C2IMPRESS, CLIMAS, FLUTE, TRUMPET, COMPASS
With six major project wins in four different sectors, with project values of almost 26 million Euros, TVS was now also one step ahead towards the digital product passport industry.
More new projects onboard:
TVS won five projects this year: ReSTORE, Alabama, ReComp, Powerpath, and Sehrene. The first two are in the DPP domain, and the other three are in the Renewable Energy domain.
Spin-off 2: TVS Ireland
To have smooth operations throughout Europe, Technovative Solutions Limited formed its second regional entity in Ireland with the implementation of the ALABAMA project.
TVS wins its Flagship project BASE
TVS is the exclusive technology provider for the Battery Passport for Resilient Supply Chain and Implementation of Circular Economy (BASE) project. EU’s Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) will introduce sustainability requirements for virtually all products sold on the EU market, including a requirement to contain a digital product passport (DPP) containing publicly available sustainability information.

Spin-off 3: DigiProdPass
TVS introduces DigiProdPass, a revolutionary digital product, to navigate and pioneer advancements within the DPP domain.
Spin-off 4: WeldPlanet
An initiative was taken to provide a one-stop service for the welding industry, providing provisional welding specification certificates (pWPS), cost analysis tools, LCA tools, and a product/service marketplace.
